Happy 43rd Birthday SINGAPORE!!

According to my time, today is 9th August.. Happy 43rd Birthday to Singapore! Haha.. We had a gathering yesterday evening to celebrate National Day. And we thanks to the good "Chefs" we got to taste very Singapore taste Nasi Lemak. Especially the sambal chilli.. OMG! Miss Singapore's food so much..Slrp...

Other than celebrating National Day, today is also one of our friend's birthday. We meet up around lunch time at their place and guess what??!! I finally got to chance to take photo with the US Transformer! Woohoo.. haha.. BUT there's a big dog at the driver seat. He pressed on the horn while we were taking the photo..haha..Good dog ah! Protecting master's car when he's not around..keke. After taking my dream photo, we then set off for our lunch at a Thai restaurant. Among the foods we order, there's a minced meat omelet. The taste is sooo nice..and reminds me of my grandma.. I miss her cookings..yummy..
Well, after lunch we went for shopping (as usual) and we had dinner at Black Bear Diner..haha.. Pork Ribs! Yummy!!
After the whole day of lunching, shopping and dining..finally..is drinking..haha! We decide to go Gordon Biersch Brewery Restaurant to make Patrick drunk! keke.. Haha..it had been 4 months since i came to the desert and finally we got the chance to go pub for a drink! Yeah! Again is a big group of us.. but haiz..some of them will be leaving us in September..the group is getting smaller..thou there will be a new group of guys joining us..but hm..it will take time for us to know each other.

Is Life Precious?

Today is a Sunday.. supposingly, we should go to the supermarket and buy grocery.. but in the end, we decide to go shopping at Paradise Valley.
While driving at the freeway, we almost had an accident. It's hard to describe what happened. I only know that the speed that we are going, is impossible for us to brake. And they were cars around us.. no matter left side, right side, front or back. At the moment, my mind was blank and I thought to myself "That's it".
Now thinking back.. isn't it sad? I dun have a chance to say my last word and BANG! and I'm gone. This is life. You will never know when God will wan to take us away from the world.
In the case that the "bang" did not cause my life and I was lying in the hospital, will anyone be sad for me? My family? My friends? How many people in this world really have people who concern them to be with them when things happens? Everybody have their own life. Their daily routine and their own problems to handle.Who is so free to meddle in other's life?
Always live for the sake of yourslef, dun live on because of others. Dun wish things to happen. Do whatever you wan when you still have the time. Treasure life....
