Grand Canyon National Park

Finally, we are going to the Grand Canyon National Park in Arizona!! With the same group of people that went to California but this time we had a added party.. Joe..

What is Grand Canyon National Park?

A powerful and inspiring landscape, the Grand Canyon overwhelms our senses through its immense size; 277 river miles (446km) long, up to 18 miles (29km) wide, and a mile (1.6km) deep.
The weather was soooo cold.. cold wind was blowing towards us and all of us were wearing shorts. Luckily, we did bring a jacket along. The view at Grand Canyon was so beautiful.. Really an eye opener.. haha.. The entrance fee was US$25 for the whole car.. haha.. but what we paid was for visiting the south and north rim only. And it was a 7 day pass! Oh my.. when we heard that, we were pondering, why do we need to have 7 day pass? We thought just visit and go home. Haha.. who knows, we spent almost 3 hrs climbing around the south rim.. and tat was onli a very very small part of it. We were to cold, tire and hungry. So, we drove the car out, had lunch den we drove back again and went to the north rim. Guess I would like to visit the Grand Canyon again. But had to be in January.. when it snows.. the view must be excellent!.. But, hmm.. 1 year later ba.. before I leave the desert.

After visiting the Grand Canyon, we then drove the the Hard Rock Cafe in Phoenix! Finally... haha.. Again we got the souvenir glass. This time round, I got myself the Martini Glass.. yeah!
